This agreement governs your access to and use of the pkr9 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pkr9, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by your operator/license jurisdiction — to register and play. Only one account per person is permitted. Underage use is strictly prohibited.
All bonus offers carry wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution percentages and expiry windows. These are detailed in each promotion's specific terms, which form part of this agreement.
All deposits and withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and AML compliance checks. Minimum and maximum transaction thresholds apply. Payment provider names (e.g. Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) are listed for contextual reference only.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing accounts or allowing third-party access is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
pkr9 does not operate under a Government of Pakistan gambling license. Users in Pakistan must understand applicable local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — before participating. This agreement does not constitute legal advice.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr9 website at pkr9.cam and all associated services, features and content.
pkr9 is an English-language online gambling information and gaming platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it and that you agree to be bound by it.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pkr9 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which the relevant gaming license is held — to register an Account and participate in real-money gambling on the Platform. pkr9 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified satisfactorily.
You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr9 does not accept registrations from users located in territories where the operation of its services would require a local license not held by pkr9.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact support immediately.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform or excluded by any regulatory body in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
pkr9 is required to conduct identity verification checks in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit:
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
pkr9 displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary reference currency for Pakistani users. Actual settled currency, conversion rates and any applicable fees are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational use. You may access the Platform using any internet-connected device, subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 3.
All wagers, game actions and Platform interactions must be conducted by the registered Account holder in their own name and for their own account. You must not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. You must not use the Platform for any commercial betting purpose, syndicate betting scheme or organized arbitrage strategy that exploits Platform pricing.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree that you will only gamble with funds that you can afford to lose. pkr9 encourages all Users to make use of the responsible gambling tools available within the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders and self-exclusion. See Section 9 and our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for further information.
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements to access and use the Platform. pkr9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any loss arising from connectivity issues, browser compatibility problems or device-level failures.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum thresholds as displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. pkr9 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform. The following Pakistani payment services are referenced for contextual familiarity: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are cited for reference only — pkr9 does not claim affiliation, endorsement or gambling support from any of these providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:
pkr9 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform. pkr9 does not guarantee specific processing timelines as these may be affected by third-party payment processors, banking hours and compliance review requirements.
pkr9 may decline, reverse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns or a breach of these Terms. Users will be notified where permissible under applicable law.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Users as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Existing Users may qualify for ongoing promotions including reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty rewards, subject to applicable terms.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. As an illustrative example: a Bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 20× wagering requirement would require the User to wager a total of PKR 1,00,000 across qualifying games before any Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Actual figures are set per promotion and must be verified within the specific promotion's terms.
While a Bonus wagering requirement remains active, a maximum bet per round or stake applies. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet is stated in each promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% of each stake, while live table games, video poker and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage (e.g. 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses that have not been used or in respect of which wagering requirements have not been completed within the applicable validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the User's Account. Expiry periods are specified per promotion.
pkr9 reserves the right to cancel, withhold or reclaim any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of gaming the promotional system.
pkr9 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is only accepted once confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is generated. In the case of a technical error during wager placement, pkr9 is not obligated to honour the wager and will return the staked amount to the User's Account.
All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international fixtures including T20 World Cup and ODI series. Live scores and in-play data are provided for informational purposes and may not always be in real time.
pkr9 may void a market in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment of the relevant event, a result that cannot be definitively confirmed, or evidence of match manipulation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, game or event and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement. pkr9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Users without prior notice where required for risk-management purposes.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content and design elements — is the property of pkr9 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr9.
The pkr9 brand name, logo and associated trademarks are proprietary to pkr9. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence to use these marks. Unauthorized use of pkr9's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:
pkr9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk; or (c) the User has engaged in fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, pkr9 may forfeit any Account balance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. pkr9 will return any verifiable real-money balance to you via a suitable payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC.
The following sections of this Agreement survive Account closure: Sections 2 (Definitions), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Prohibited Conduct), 13 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr9, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
pkr9's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement, to the extent not excluded by law, shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr9 holds its gaming license. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that this Agreement does not represent a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may be applicable to their use of the Platform independently of this Agreement.
By using the Platform, you agree to submit any dispute arising under this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunal specified by pkr9's licensing jurisdiction. pkr9 does not waive any jurisdictional defences available to it under applicable law.
pkr9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
